At fusalon, we are committed to processing and delivering your high-performance peripherals as quickly and efficiently as possible.

⏱️ Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

🚚 Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping: * Estimated Transit Time (after processing): 5-12 business days

Cost: Free

Express Shipping: * Estimated Transit Time (after processing): 3-7 business days

Cost: $12.99 (Updated to USD standard for FL location)

Delivery Delays: Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delays can occasionally occur due to high volume, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you immediately if we expect a significant delay.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: fusalon is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

📦 Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

💔 Damages, Loss, and Issues
fusalon is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you received your order damaged or suspect it has been lost in transit, please contact us immediately:
